Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time

Orders received before 2pm CST are roasted and packed on the 1st business day after the order is placed, and shipped by the 2nd business day.

Orders placed after 2pm CST are packed by the 2nd business days and shipped by the 3rd.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

We offer free shipping for all coffee retail orders over $50! For under $50, shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

**We partner with USPS and UPS to ship our products.

***We’re unable to ship outside of the U.S., U.S. Territories, and U.S. military bases.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

When shipping to a P.O. Box or military address, your order will be shipped via USPS. When adding your address to the order form, please select the box to indicate that your address is a P.O Box, APO or FPO.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number 1-2 days after placing your order. If for some reason, you don’t see a shipment confirmation email after several days, be sure to check your spam box first! If it’s still nowhere to be found, please fill out our Contact Form or email us at info@metropoliscoffee.com and we’d be happy to help!

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Metropolis Coffee Company is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Metropolis Coffee Company is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on our coffee and tea in instances of quality concerns.

Purchases of brew gear and apparel are non-refundable except in the case the product is defective. If that’s the case, please contact weborders@metropoliscoffee.com and provide pictures of the damaged product to initiate your return.

Please note, in cases of returns, we may need 5-7 days to process from the time we receive the return at our HQ for full refund. Your refund will be applied within 24 hours of receipt of the returned item.
