Redline Espresso

With coffee getting even more expensive I've but getting bulk subscriptions to support my espresso habit. My process is to split into small vacuum sealed bags and store in a chest freezer in the basement until needed. See below for what i get from one large bag. Each individual bag lasts me roughly a week, and even at the end (two months after delivery) it seems fresh enough.

My grandma started giving me coffee at the ripe age of 7 and after 20 years drinking various coffees, I can confidently say this one is by far the best I’ve ever come across. I’ve traveled all over Europe (recognizing they aren’t the only ones with good coffee, but it’s my only frame of reference and they’re better than the US) and nothing even came close to this. I’m usually someone who needs their coffee sweet, but this stuff is so good I find myself passing on the sugary creamers more often than not. I also used to love trying other brands, but now after having this, the bar is just too high that I had to stop because nothing would measure up and it just felt like a waste of money. Seriously, thank you to the founders of this brand and all its workers!! You're the reason why I start each day with a smile on my face and can power through an entire workday!

I have tried a number of Metropolis coffees, and Redline has become my favorite. I switched to beans once I purchased a good electronic grinder.

The only downside? Having to drink any other brand—this coffee has ruined me!

This is our absolute favorite. Our machine stays dialed in to this because it’s the best espresso we’ve found.
