Tucked into the highlands of Ethiopia’s Guji region, Sasaba Washing Station brings together hundreds of smallholder farmers whose work defines the region’s reputation for clean, expressive coffees. With elevations reaching 2,200 meters and long, steady drying on raised beds, the washed process gives clarity and structure to native heirloom varieties. The result is a cup that’s light on its feet - bright lemon, floral top notes, green tea, and a soft peach finish. It is delicate but not fragile, easygoing but full of personality. We loved it the second we cupped it, and we knew we had to share it with you.
