PROJECT X is an espresso and coffee blend created for Sawada Coffee and Hiroshi Sawada by Metropolis Coffee Company. Starting from samples of beans Hiroshi roasted for his Tokyo cafe, and working in secret (Code Name: “Project X”), Metropolis fashioned a blend that seamlessly recreated not just the flavor of his classic Japanese style, but also its intent. Coffee may be a simple and everyday experience, but when it’s perfect, it makes part of your day perfect, too. That’s world-class coffee culture.

I don't know what happened to this roast but it tastes like someone added a bottle of nail polish remover to it. It used to be my favorite!
Very good. Didn't wow me, but had a very nice flavor profile.
