PROJECT X is an espresso and coffee blend created for Sawada Coffee and Hiroshi Sawada by Metropolis Coffee Company. Starting from samples of beans Hiroshi roasted for his Tokyo cafe, and working in secret (Code Name: “Project X”), Metropolis fashioned a blend that seamlessly recreated not just the flavor of his classic Japanese style, but also its intent. Coffee may be a simple and everyday experience, but when it’s perfect, it makes part of your day perfect, too. That’s world-class coffee culture.

I ordered Project X to take advantage of the special discount offer. I thought it was good, but not as good as Spice Island, for which I have a subscription. That being said, all Metropolis coffees are great!
