      Product Story

      The Good Soldier Schweik was a Czech literary character from the early 1920s who blundered his way through a war in the Ottoman Empire with good humor and not a little bit of luck. For some reason, it seemed like a good idea for us to name a blend after him. We started with the phrase “I Like Schweik” and just moved on from there. Pro-Tip: This award-winner is our highest scoring blend, and it’s super rare to find coffees of this quality for this price, so scoop 'em up and be a happy little soldier like Schweik.

      My “go to”

      Have subscribed to Schweik deliveries for a couple of years. Without a doubt, my favorite coffee. Sometime try a different regional blend when we travel but always come back to Schweik!!

      Perfect Light Roast

      Schweik's Blend is a great balance of light roast acidity and fuller-bodied taste. It keeps great hints of lighter fruity flavors while not being over-the-top. I make it with a Breville grind control machine and it turns out great.
