      Product Story

      Up in the hills of southern Huila, Colombia, a tight-knit group of smallholder farmers is growing something seriously special. Most of them have been at it for generations - tweaking fermentation times, testing different drying setups, trying out new varieties - all in the name of great coffee for everyone. This Pink Bourbon, grown between 1,500 and 2,100 meters and fully washed, is the result of all that hands-on work. It’s vibrant but cozy, layered if you want to chase flavor, and just flat-out good if you don’t. We’ve always believed great coffee shouldn’t feel exclusive - and this one proves you don’t have to choose between complexity and comfort.
