Green can turn Red
The Greenline beans start green but when roasted remind me of the redline espresso. Great Blend!
Unroasted
All you nerdy home roasters out there, we feel ya. We used to be just like you before we invested millions of dollars in a full-blown roasterie. Frankly, we kinda miss the old days, roasting with a heat gun in the garage, fire department on speed dial, neighbors lining up for ziplock bags full of coffee, 5m out of the roaster.

The Greenline beans start green but when roasted remind me of the redline espresso. Great Blend!
I’ve only roasted one batch so far but as with the redline I purchased it tastes thinner, less mouth feel. Different bean blend ? I don’t know these are the only espresso beans I buy and I am usually very satisfied with them maybe just a bad batch but both the redline and the greenline taste is off.
I use a quest M3 roaster, a mazzer grinder and a la pavoni can usually pull very satisfying espresso but not with this latest order
