We really didn’t overthink this one. We wanted it to be comfortable, like home. Sweet. Check. Simple. Check. Robust. Uh huh. Bitter. Nope. We call it House Blend because Home Blend sounds bizarre. Served at many of the finest restaurants, hotels, and cafes around Chicago and elsewhere.

This is our go-to coffee. I can't even drink most other coffee anymore because they all seem burnt or harsh flavored. We use it in our regular non-fancy drip maker and also in a french press and it always turns out perfect.
